Abstract: The speech interface is one of the most natural and convenient ways of organizing user interactions with intelligent systems. Nowadays universal voice assistants are implemented by the largest world companies for various platforms and have gained popularity among users. The aim of this work is to develop the principles of building voice assistants for intelligent computer systems based on OSTIS Technology. The main requirements in this case are ensuring maximum independence from the subject area and providing the possibility of adaptation (primarily automatic) of the universal assistant for a specific user and the features of a specific subject area.
