Abstract: The paper considers an ontological approach to the development of a software model of a platform for in- terpreting semantic models of intelligent computer systems (a software model of a semantic computer). The architecture of the specified software model and its components are considered in detail, the principles of their implementation and the advantages of the decisions made in comparison with analogues are indicated. A distinctive feature of the work is the demonstration of the usage of the ontological approach to the development of software products on the example of the specified software model of a semantic computer.
