Abstract: The paper examines three interconnected developments reshaping internet marketing from 2023 to 2026: the integration of artificial intelligence in consumer behaviour analysis, the paradox of information overload, and the structural transformation of e-commerce. It is argued that AI enables predictive audience understanding, excessive information reduces consumer decision quality, and e-commerce is evolving through social commerce, polarised pricing, and agentic transactions. Adaptation is identified as the defining professional skill of the era.
